About the Family Roots

The Inciong and Tibayan family are both Mataasnakahoy, Batangas natives.  Ruperto Inciong, Sr. was born on March 27, 1911. His parents are Benito Inciong and Geronima Recinto.  Cresencia Tibayan was born on April 15, 1921.  Her parents are Julian Tibayan and Andrea Matanguihan.
